Found!

On a suggestion from my mom, I checked one more place and found the camera battery charger! I'm so glad! (It was going to be an expensive "learning experience".)

New Workout!

So..... we were at Target tonight, and I'm not sure if it's the new year or what exactly.... but I was suddenly motivated to pick up a new fitness DVD. There were quite a few to choose from, but I settled on a 3-mile Walk At Home workout by Leslie Sansone. I have to say, the 3 miles go pretty quickly! And there is a lot of opportunity to make the workout easier or harder depending on my athletic ability for the day:). I think Ben and I are going to try it again tomorrow!

And in other exciting news, Ben and I are hoping to make a trip to Goodwill tomorrow to help clean out our basement! (I would take a picture of all the treasures, but I seem to have (hopefully only temporarily) lost the camera battery charger.) Just imagine a ton of stuff crowding our entryway/hallway:) .

Molter Christmas!

My mom's side of the family has Christmas tomorrow - I'm so excited!! We're having a brunch, and I really wanted to make something this year.... So, I'm bringing a powdered doughnut hole Christmas tree! But, I ran out of doughnut holes, so my mom came up with a genius idea to fill out the bottom of the tree. She did a great job helping me finish!

Ladies' Christmas Tea!!

OK, so this is a week behind, but still worthy of a blog post:). Our church has an annual Ladies' Christmas Tea. Different ladies decorate a table, then we eat a yummy catered meal and listen to a speaker and entertainment! It's such a fun, girly time!! This year was my first year to decorate a table. My mom helped a ton which was wonderful! Then, there's a "competition" for the "Most Fun", "Most Creative", and "Most Elegant" tables. The pictures don't really do the tables justice.... they turn down the lights so that you're eating by candlelight and Christmas lights, so that makes they look even better:).

This was Jessica's table.... the plates were GORGEOUS!!!

Sandy and Steve used to be missionaries in Puerto Rico. This was her table. It even had a pinata!! Feliz Navidad!
I thought that Trizzie's table was so beautiful and unique!

Char's table was also creative and very fun! She made it look like everyone was in the middle of baking cookies/making gingerbread houses and then got interrupted!!

Joi's table was great! It either won "Most Creative" or "Most Fun"... I don't quite remember. This picture isn't the best, but in the middle is a handmade MOVIE PROJECTOR decoration! How cool is that! And inside the popcorn containers were chocolate-drizzled popcorn balls!

Amber won "Most Elegant" this year! She always has such beautiful tables!

This was Kelly's table. She had the other table that won either "Most Fun" or "Most Creative". It had a Candyland theme, and every detail was so perfect!!

This was my table... roses and candlelight. Amanda and her family sat with my mom and me. They were wonderful guests!!

Family Photo Shoot:)

Here are a few photos from a recent family photo shoot! One of our friends from church is a photographer, and she took us around Cincinnati to take our pictures. It was so much fun, and she did a great job! You can check out her website here.

Praying for My New President!!

I thought that this was an EXCELLENT post on how God wants me to respond to yesterday's election results (even though my presidential choice did not win).

And this website has ideas for how to pray for our new President, Barack Obama.
