Ben and I had breakfast for dinner! We fixed The Lady's Perfect Scrambled Eggs, Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Cinnamon Cream, and bacon. Paula Dean totally came through. The recipes tasted amazing - I HIGHLY recommend trying them for yourself!
So, about 5 minutes until American Idol..... I'm curious to see who will get kicked off. I have a couple ideas of folks that I think might have their last performance tonight:).

Oh my goodness - those pancakes sound AMAZING! I'll HAVE to try these. And, I wish I could sew, but alas, it's not a skill I have picked up yet. If we ever live in the same town again, let's take lessons at JoAnn or Michael's together. :)
